About us

The IHUREMSA club, is an Students organization at the institute of social work formed of students pursuing HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT studies at different levels (certificate, Ordinary Diploma, Degree Programes, and Post Graduate Diploma). The main objective of the club is to assist students put into practice the learning of management and delivery techniques in a real situation at work and life in the society.                                                                                                  .                                                                                                         

   The IHUREMSA usually organizes events and activities each semester for the students at the institute, to the target group and the society around. In other cases the club invites students from other departments, faculties and higher learning institutions based in Dar es Salaam to join. Some of these events are conduction of seminars, coordination of field studies, study tours and entertaining events.                                                                                                                                                                 

Some reputable events and activities the club has organized are the historic study tour to Saadan in June 2012 where students participated in different activities and enjoying the tourism also many workshops are conducted at the institute.                         

all are done as to facilitate...competence and efficiency to the student.. as our motto says,
